Article 1: Organization

The company TIVOLY, a public limited company with share capital of €11,079,900, registered with the CHAMBERY Trade and Companies Register under number 076 120 021, with its registered office located at 266 Route Porte de Tarentaise, 73790 Tours-en-Savoie, is organizing a free competition with no purchase obligation entitled "Peugeot Professional Tools Advent Calendar", hosted on the Instagram account @PeugeotOutilsProfessionnels.
The contest will run from December 1, 2025 at 00:01 to December 24, 2025 at 23:59.

Article 2: Purpose of the contest

The purpose of the contest is to award Peugeot Professional Tools prizes to participants based on an Instagram activity consisting of quizzes, challenges, and daily interactions posted from December 1 to 24, 2025.
One prize will be awarded every two days from among the valid entries associated with the relevant post.

Article 3: Conditions of participation

The contest is open to any natural person of legal age residing in mainland France (including Corsica), who has a real, non-automated Instagram account, and a valid email address.

Excluded from participation:

• persons involved in the organization of the contest,

• employees of the organizing company,

• members of their immediate family.

Any fraud or attempted fraud will result in the immediate disqualification of the participant.

Article 4: Participation procedures

Participation is only valid through Instagram.

To take part in the contest posts, participants must:

1. Follow the account @PeugeotOutilsProfessionnels

2. Like the daily post

3. Tag 2 professionals in the comments. The two tagged accounts must be real, active, and different for each entry on the same post.

4. Bonus: share the post in a story and tag @PeugeotOutilsProfessionnels (1 additional chance)

Incomplete, fraudulent, illegible entries or entries containing false information will be invalid.

Article 5: Prizes

The prizes awarded throughout the month include: 6L compressor, ½ impact wrench, inflation gun, paint gun, progressive blow gun with spiral hose, bench grinder, metal saw, carbide hole saw set, diamond hole saw set.

Prizes cannot be exchanged, refunded or transferred.
The organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value, in particular in the event of unavailability or according to the choices of the participating company, while respecting the same budget level.
No financial compensation may be requested in the event of modification.

Article 6: Winner selection

6.1 – Prize allocation
A prize will be awarded every two days through the posts published on the Instagram account @PeugeotOutilsProfessionnels.
For each post, one winner will be randomly selected from the valid entries associated with that post.
The draw will be carried out within 24 hours following the publication of the post.

6.2 – Announcement of winners

Winners will be contacted exclusively by private message from the official account @PeugeotOutilsProfessionnels.
No other account is authorized to contact participants.
In cases of contact from an impersonating third-party account, the organizer cannot be held responsible.

6.3 – Prize delivery

Prizes will be sent directly by the organizing company, by post or transport service, to the address provided by each winner during contact.
Shipping costs will be fully covered by the organizer.
The organizer cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete information provided by the winner resulting in delay, loss, or failure of delivery.

Article 7: Liability

The organizer cannot be held liable for:

• an Instagram malfunction,

• an Internet, network, or hosting problem,

• a service interruption of the platform,

• any circumstances beyond its control.

The organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel the contest if necessary, without liability.
Instagram is neither associated with nor sponsoring the contest. The platform bears no responsibility.

Article 8: Personal data

The data collected (name, Instagram account, email address, and winner details) is processed by TIVOLY solely for the purposes of the contest.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, each participant has the right to access, rectify or delete their data by writing to:

Article 9: Intellectual property rights

In accordance with literary and artistic property laws, the reproduction or representation of all or part of the contest elements is strictly prohibited.
All mentioned brands are the property of their respective owners.
Instagram is a registered trademark owned by Meta Platforms.

Article 10: Acceptance of the rules

Participation in the contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
Any dispute will be settled by the organizing company.
In the event of litigation, only French courts shall have jurisdiction.
